QC Tech 1 Audio (Part-Time) | Power the Sound Behind the Show
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $16.50 to $19.88/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)
Status: Part-Time
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about professional audio gear? LMG is hiring a Part-Time QC Tech 1 Audio Technician to support the preparation, testing, and movement of audio equipment for concerts, meetings, and live events around the world.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow within the live events industry.

What You'll Be Doing
As a QC Tech 1 Audio, you will support audio inventory operations and ensure equipment is properly prepared, tracked, and returned with accuracy.
Audio Inventory Handling
• Check audio equipment in and out of inventory
• Return product to inventory accurately
• Assist with general warehouse operations
Pulling, Staging and Testing Gear
• Pull, stage, set up, test, and prepare audio equipment for shipment
• Follow standard procedures and accepted best practices
• Ensure all equipment meets quality standards prior to deployment
Order Accuracy and Documentation
• Review reservations, quotes, contracts, and pull lists
• Determine required serial and non-serial items for each order
• Maintain accurate order documentation
Manifesting and Asset Tracking
• Record and verify inventory data including scanning, manifesting, asset tagging, and database updates
• Ensure accurate tracking within inventory management systems
Cross Rentals and Returns
• Receive cross-rentals and assign them to proper orders
• Track equipment accurately through completion and return
Quality Control and Inspection
• Visually inspect equipment for cosmetic or functional issues
• Report repair needs promptly
• Perform routine cleaning, labeling, and minor cosmetic fixes
Team and Department Coordination
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse floor and discipline-specific departments
• Ensure orders are complete and accurately returned to inventory
What We're Looking For
• Intermediate knowledge of professional audio equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order paperwork accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment, including loading and unloading trucks
• Experience with inventory systems and asset tracking is a plus
• Live events or AV industry experience preferred
