Hooks, Meng & Clement is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing office in Carson City. Our firm concentrates its practice in Industrial Insurance Litigation, representing a diverse client base that includes employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.

Responsibilities
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Draft pleadings, legal documents, and professional correspondence; conduct thorough and accurate legal research.
• Collaborate effectively with a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Use the electronic case management system (Filevine) to manage matters efficiently and the billing software Clio.
• Develop and execute thoughtful, client-focused case strategies with meticulous attention to detail.
• Meet or exceed established monthly billing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that extend beyond basic representation.
Qualifications
• Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Adaptable, flexible, reliable, and accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases with competing deadlines.

• Must live in the Northern Nevada area. This is an in-office position.
