Established in 1935, Fishback Dominick is a well-established law firm with a broad civil practice. The firm represents local governments, private companies, and individuals in a wide range of matters, with a strong focus on real estate, land use, and local government law. 
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role focuses on representing local government clients and handling real estate and land use matters, including transactional and regulatory work.
Key Responsibilities

  • Advise local government agencies on legal and regulatory matters 
  • Handle real estate transactions, contracts, and development-related issues 
  • Represent clients in land use and zoning matters, including hearings and approvals 
  • Provide general counsel services to municipal clients 
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and ordinances 
Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school 
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (or ability to obtain) 
  • 3+ years of experience preferred in real estate, land use, or local government law 
  • Experience with real estate transactions and contracts strongly preferred 
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
