Job description

SALARY RANGE
$47.03 - $71.12
WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
The Waukesha County Corporation Counsel office is seeking an attorney to join its office. Initial responsibilities for this position will include Chapter 48 guardianships, child in need of protection or services (CHIPS) and termination of parental rights (TPR) matters and Section 938.13 juvenile in need of protection or services (JIPS) matters.
This position will share the juvenile caseload with another attorney and may include representing one or more county departments.
Starting salary range is $97,822-$122,886 (full range extends to $147,930).

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements
1. Graduation from an ABA accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Bar in the State of Wisconsin.
