Job description

A law firm in Tipp City, Ohio, seeks an associate attorney to join its expanding team! Experience or interest in learning wills, estate planning law, and trusts is preferred.
This is a tremendous opportunity to join a firm with support and mentoring. The attorneys are involved in the community and take pride in representing their clients. Join a firm that values doing things right and knows how to do them right, every time and on time, for their clients, utilizing technology, procedures, and proven methods.
The firm seeks an Associate Attorney who is entrepreneurial, dedicated to growth and development, comfortable with client interaction, proficient with technology, and driven to succeed. The Firm rewards good performance and supports work-life harmony. The annual billable hours requirement is a reasonable 1500, and you can earn additional income for exceeding this target.
Requirements - Associate Attorney
  • An Ohio bar license, in good standing
  • An outgoing personality and ability to work with clients directly
  • Wills, trusts and estate planning law experience or a desire to learn
  • Superior drafting skills
  • On-site, with some flexibility
Benefits - Associate Attorney
  • Competitive compensation relative to experience level and credentials
  • Bonuses eligible
  • Health insurance
  • A retirement plan after a waiting period
  • Intentional mentorship by the partnership
  • Immersion training on operations and processes
  • Annual billable hours requirement of 1500
  • Generous PTO
  • Work-life harmony supported

While the firm prefers experienced attorneys in estate planning, they are willing to train the right individual. This associate attorney position is an outstanding opportunity for new attorneys with excellent credentials and law school accomplishments. If this is you, we encourage you to reach out.
