Job description

Job Description: Rustica Hardware is currently hiring a Welder/Fabricator who will work on various metal hardware projects throughout the manufacturing process.  This position will report to the Metal Manager, and will be responsible for producing high-quality, functional hardware.

 Job Details:

Responsible for welding and fabricating door and hardware components.  High attention to detail required, along with creativity and an artistic mindset.  The ideal candidate will have experience welding various welding types, as well as various metals, including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.  MIG experience required—and TIG experience is a plus.  We are looking for someone looking to grow with a company, and who has a proven history of long-term employment.  The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, as well as innovative and continually looking for improvements to processes.

 Requirements:

- Previous welding experience required

- MIG Experience required, TIG experience a plus

- Must be able to build product from an engineered drawing

- Ability to lift approximately 60 lbs. frequently throughout the shift

- Ability to stand 8-10 hrs./day

Hours:  M-Thrs  (6am-4:30pm)
