Board-Certified Dermatologist needed in Northern, Alabama

We are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a well-established, high-volume dermatology practice located in Northern, AL — one of the fastest-growing cities in the Southeast and ranked among the Top 100 Places to Live in America.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, fully supported practice with a built-in patient base, professional autonomy, and exceptional earning potential. The group recently expanded and offers a strong mix of medical, surgical, and optional cosmetic dermatology, with full scribe and APP support.

Position Highlights

  • Flexible Schedule: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with an optional half-day Friday
  • Setting: 100% outpatient – no hospital call or inpatient consults
  • Patient Volume: Established practice; current dermatologist sees 40–50 patients/day
  • Team Support: 4 Advanced Practice Providers and 5 Medical Assistants who scribe
  • Facilities: 10 exam rooms and a nearby Madison, AL location.
  • Environment: Collegial, family-oriented, and team-driven culture
  • Start Date: ASAP

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary plus Bonus Structure: Lucrative production model – earn additional $$ on top of your base salary.
    • Additional % of collections after threshold
    • Additional bonuses for APP supervision and cosmetic revenue

Ideal Candidate

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Skilled in general dermatology (medical and procedural); cosmetic interest welcomed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
  • Open to new graduates and experienced physicians alike
