Job description

Position Description: Seeking full-time roving apartment maintenance technicians.

Full time roving apartment maintenance technician positions are available in the greater Bothell and Shoreline areas.
Duties: Technician is responsible for performance of all general apartment and facilities maintenance conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Duties include but are not limited to basic plumbing, painting, minimal appliance repairs, minor electrical repair, detailing apartment home turnovers, preventative maintenance, carrying an after-hours emergency pager as needed. Employees will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites.
Qualifications for all positions:High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years experience in apartment maintenance preferred. Proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance. Must provide own hand tools and have reliable transportation with current insurance. Good communication skills are a must. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
The salary is DOE ($22 to $28) per hour to start, plus excellent benefits package, Pay is once monthly, included is 401K, Afflack, Health insurance through Aetna, advancement opportunity available.
Onsite living is preferred after probation period, included is a rent discount. On-the-job training and certification is provided, 07B licensing is a plus.
