PAY AND BENEFITS:
  • Up to $35 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
  • Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure)
  • $150 annual boot alloance
  • $7,500 referal bonus for other diesel mechanics
  • 401(k) with company match

WORK-LIFE BALANCE:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
  • Mechanical experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics
  • Must have your own tools
