Field Manager - Experiential Marketing & Live Events
Are you an experienced event professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with diverse audiences, and excels at managing on-site teams? If so, we want you on our team!
As a Field Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing live events for multiple clients across Automotive Industry, ensuring seamless activations and outstanding attendee experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the on-site lead for experiential marketing activations and live events.
  • Manage and oversee event staff, ensuring professionalism, punctuality, and seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any onsite issues, escalating concerns to the Account Manager when necessary.
  • Engage with attendees, articulate brand messaging, and create meaningful interactions.
  • Provide post-event feedback and insights to Account Managers to improve future activations.
  • Maintain professionalism while working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings with different weather conditions.
  • Support automotive live events and large-scale experiential marketing programs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, live events, or field marketing.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or working on automotive activations is highly preferred.
  • Highly competent in team/people management (required)
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees to exceed standards and expectations.
  • Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems under pressure.
  • May require traveling with overnight stays.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
  • Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.
  • Ability to work under adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.).
  • Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
