We are looking for a seasoned Live Event Production & AV Moderator who can operate with confidence in executive environments and deliver high-quality event experiences end-to-end.
This role is hands-on and high visibility. You will be responsible for live event production, conference room setup, and moderating virtual and hybrid events-ensuring a seamless experience for senior leaders and large audiences.
This is not a passive support role. We need someone who can own the room, anticipate issues, and execute without hand-holding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time
Live Event Production (End-to-End Ownership)
  • Lead onsite production for live, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Load in, set up, test, and break down event equipment
  • Operate and troubleshoot lighting, microphones, cameras, and video switching
  • Ensure high-quality audio, video, and network performance throughout the event
  • Execute show flow with precision, including run-of-show timing and transitions

Moderation & Platform Management
  • Schedule, Facilitate and moderate events across:
    • Webex webcast
    • Webex webinar
    • Microsoft Teams Town Hall
    • Microsoft Teams Webinar
  • Manage chat, Q&A, presenter transitions, and audience controls
  • Run practice sessions, schedule, and test dry run events and guide presenters to ensure a polished delivery
  • Support contingency actions during live events (audio/video control, pausing sessions, etc.)

Technical Production & Execution
  • Operate switching equipment and manage multi-camera setups
  • Manage audio routing, mic placement, and sound quality
  • Support live streaming and broadcast-style production
  • Partner with event stakeholders to align on production requirements and delivery expectations

What We're Looking For
Experience & Skillset
  • Strong hands-on experience in live event production, AV support, and event platform scheduling, moderation and technical support.
  • Proven ability to run production in executive-facing environments
  • Experience with Webex and Microsoft Teams (Town Hall, Webinar, Meetings)
  • Familiarity with lighting, cameras, audio systems, and video switching
  • Experience supporting conference rooms and onsite AV environments

  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and presenters
  • Calm under pressure and able to lead during live events
  • Communicates clearly and takes ownership without over-escalating

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
