Financial Services Onsite Chat Specialist

Please note that candidates must reside within commuting distance to our office.

Job Overview 

As a Customer Chat Specialist at Foundever, you will support customers through secure digital chat channels for one of the largest banking and financial services providers in the U.S. You will assist customers with account questions, service requests, and financial inquiries while delivering professional and accurate support through written communication.

This role is ideal for individuals who prefer written communication over phone interactions and thrive in fast paced, detail driven environments. Associates are responsible for following banking, security, privacy, and compliance regulations while providing a high standard of customer care.
