In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, engaging with them through our online chat platform. Your responsibilities will include providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, offering comprehensive assistance, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently through the live chat interface.
  • Provide accurate, detailed, and helpful information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Meticulously document all customer interactions, including the nature of the inquiry, actions taken, and resolution, in our CRM system.
