Little League World Series Event Staff
Event Staff Dates of Employment are August 13, 2026 - August 30, 2026

If you are observant, outgoing, and have energy while delivering outstanding guest experiences, we want to hear from you! This 18-day role is perfect for someone who values both safety and service in a dynamic setting.
Located in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Little League International is seeking Event Staff to support one of the world's most recognized youth sports organizations during an 18-day World Series event assignment. This temporary role pays $12.00 per hour and offers the opportunity to be part of a team-oriented environment supporting event operations, guest services, and the overall event experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass required background checks.
One shift is currently available, and schedules may vary based on game times:
Shift Time:
• 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
EVENT STAFF/SECURITY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but not limited to, the following):
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation and the ability to commute to South Williamsport, PA
  • Safety-conscious and alert, with the ability to learn and follow event rules, procedures, and the layout of the complex
  • Immediately report all incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity
  • Follow the established chain of command at all times
  • Maintain situational awareness across assigned areas
  • Support crowd management and visitor safety
  • Enforce all Little League policies and procedures
  • Utilize communication equipment professionally and appropriately
  • Provide accurate directions and assistance to guests
  • Assist with lost persons and reunification efforts
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and authoritative presence

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time in all weather conditions
  • Remain in an assigned area until properly relieved
  • Ability to walk on inclined surfaces to reach assigned posts
  • Maintain focus and attentiveness while on duty, without distraction
  • Good eyesight, hearing, clear communication skills, and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented, with a positive and inclusive attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a neat, professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
  • Possesses sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to handle stressful or changing situations professionally
