Here’s What You’ll Do
•    Cleaning and janitorial responsibilities include litter removal, emptying trash receptacles, snow removal, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, and power sweeping.
•    Perform regular inspections and maintenance of parking gates, doors, and technology kiosks.
•    Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, and technological issues related to parking facilities.
•    Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
•    Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services.
•    Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
•    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
•    Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.

Schedule:
Full-time, Wednesdays – Sundays, 2:00PM – 10:00PM (Possible earlier shifts on weekends)
