We at The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake, are looking for someone ready to join a fun, friendly, hard-working group as a Landscaping Team Member for Saturdays, with potential to pick up shifts on weekdays.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Available full Saturdays, with potential to fill in during weekday shifts as needed
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
  • Experience driving a pickup truck with trailer
  • Previous experience in landscaping required
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment and tools
  • Effective communication skills - able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, and communicate progress to foreman. English proficiency required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $24.00, dependent on your experience and eligibility to be a driver.

  • Groundskeeping services such as litter pick-up and walkway/patio/parking lot clean-up
  • Keep maintenance equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs
  • Work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on efficiency and production goals
  • Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day
