  • Occasionally perform “odds and ends” tasks such as removing suckers from trees and light trimming
  • Support the grounds crew with general upkeep and detail work
  • Occasionally assist with mowing or weed‑eating as needed (not a primary duty)
  • Maintain clean walkways, landscaped areas, and common grounds
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly

  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions – Extreme heat, rain, cold, snow

 What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of grounds, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience

  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation OR Real ID OR passport
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a mandatory Federal background check (no felonies) for base access

 Why This Job Stands Out

  • Consistent outdoor work during mowing season
  • Federal facility = stable contract environment
  • Equipment provided
  • Low customer interaction

 Pay & Schedule

  • $22.84 per hour
  • 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, occasional Saturdays as needed
