Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement

  • Handle litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court proceedings, and trial preparation

  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties
