About the Role

A well-established Orange County litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its attorneys across insurance defense, commercial litigation, and employment law matters. This role offers real case responsibility and direct attorney collaboration, with no billable hour requirement.

What You Will Do

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution

  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial materials
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed
