  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from filing through resolution or trial.
  • Manage a litigation caseload of 40–50+ active matters.
  • Draft and coordinate discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, medical records, and deposition materials.
  • Maintain case deadlines, court filings, and client communications.
  • Utilize Filevine and other legal technology tools to keep cases moving efficiently.
  • Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and workup.
  • Potentially assist with training, mentoring, and overseeing other litigation paralegals as the team grows.
