What You’ll Do

• Manage residential real estate closings from contract to post-closing
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure a seamless process
• Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents with precision
• Balance CDs, handle funding, and oversee disbursements
• Maintain consistent, clear communication with all parties
• Work closely with a supportive, team-driven group to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in real estate closings, title, or escrow
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with CD balancing and funding
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
