Provide services and support as a Legal Support Specialist III [Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS)] in the Federal Energy & Nuclear Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOEID) | DOE Idaho Operations Office Generally Located In United States (Idaho) and across the United States – Mountain West Region Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provides clerical and administrative legal support; prepares basic legal documents, maintains case files, schedules meetings, and supports attorneys with document management. Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) deliver integrated administrative, analytical, and operational support enabling efficient, compliant, mission-focused organizational performance. Most direct match on specialized legal/policy support at senior level; schedule lacks dedicated 'Legal' LC. Legal administrative support enabling compliant DOE legal operations

Provides advanced-level legal support and administrative services to the Office of Chief Counsel (OCC). Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in complex case evaluation, development, and litigation; preparing and reviewing a wide array of legal documents; conducting detailed legal research and data analysis; assisting with the intern program; and managing ethics records and financial disclosure reporting. Qualifications

1–3 years legal or administrative support in federal environment

Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field + 5 years relevant experience. (Security Clearance Required)

- Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 7 years relevant experience; OR 9 years relevant experience.

- Professional certification (e.g., Paralegal Certificate) from an ABA-approved program is highly desirable. Associate's or Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience acceptable

1–3 years legal or administrative support in federal environment
