Oversee third‑party administrators handling Ocean Marine bodily injury and property damage claims, ensuring alignment with program standards, compliance, and performance expectations. Lead process improvements, collaborating cross‑functionally to boost systems, workflows, and operational efficiency. Recruit, coach, and retain high‑performing claims professionals, cultivating technical excellence and exceptional service. What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bring over a decade of Inland Marine claims expertise, including five‑plus years leading teams and driving high performance. Demonstrate advanced skills in claims resolution, settlement practices, and technical procedures, consistently delivering timely, cost‑effective results. Exhibit strong business acumen, analytical decision‑making, and resilience, thriving in fast‑paced environments and adapting to evolving challenges. Lead with emotional intelligence, fostering collaboration, providing meaningful coaching, and building strong relationships across teams and partners. Communicate confidently with executive leadership and peers, leveraging polished presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite and key business software.

Compensation

The base salary range is $166,000 – $194,000 (based on experience and location). This position is eligible for a bonus according to the applicable incentive plan.
