Job description

We are looking for someone to join our family business to help us ensure that our customers receive the best care and experience. Only the best will do!
Position Type: Full-Time or Potential Part-time
30+ hours/week- Weekends Days Required (usually 1 weekend day a week)
Summer Hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00AM-8PM and Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM
General Description:

Must have excellent communication and listening skills~ in Person and on the phone
-Ensure customer satisfaction
-Multi-tasker, quick thinker
-Team player
-Able to work with distractions (it gets very busy)
This position requires ability to multi-task- answering phones, directing calls, operating a cash register, processing gift cards, returns, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours, sit, kneel, twist, turn, reach over your head, and lift a minimum of 30 lbs., withstand varying temperatures and humidity
Resolve customer issues in a professional manner, Proper telephone etiquette, Basic math/money handling, Computer knowledge/experience with POS and Microsoft
Retail Customer Service Experience
Must have minimum of HS Diploma/GED
