Job description

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and approachable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is all about helping people feel heard, supported, and taken care of.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, stays calm when things get busy, and takes pride in finding solutions.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is having a positive attitude, being willing to learn, and treating every customer with patience and respect.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide helpful, friendly service.
  • Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or in person.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and work with them to find practical solutions.
  • Handle orders, requests, returns, or general account questions as needed.
  • Keep customer information and records accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with other team members to resolve issues and make sure customers receive the right support.
  • Follow up with customers when needed so they know their concerns haven’t been forgotten.
  • Help keep the customer service area organized and running smoothly.
  • Share customer feedback with the team and look for ways we can improve the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly and professional approach when dealing with people.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Patience and the ability to stay composed in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and follows through on their commitments.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office systems.
  • A willingness to learn and ask questions when something is unfamiliar.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is helpful, but we’re happy to consider someone with the right attitude and potential.

What We Offer

Success in this role isn’t just about answering questions quickly. It’s about making customers feel that someone is genuinely listening and willing to help.

We want someone who notices the little things, follows through, and treats customers and coworkers with the same level of respect they would expect themselves.

What We Offer

  • A welcoming and supportive team environment.
  • Training and guidance to help you succeed.
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the organization.
  • A workplace where your ideas and feedback are valued.
  • Competitive pay and benefits, based on the position and experience.

If you’re someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and wants to be part of a team that cares about the people it serves, we’d love to hear from you.
