Summary

This is a contract position located in Cameron, LA.

General Description Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs routine data analysis, generate standard reports representing punch list progress, current status and deficits.
  • Maintains the punch list procedure and processes necessary to accomplish position's responsibilities
  • Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Arranges for regular assessments of the data collection and analysis function and reports the results to Completions management
  • Monitors and performs audits on data collection from Company sources.
  • Provides analysis, trends identification and data mining etc for punch list related data.
  • Maintains a Punch List archive on hard copy of Punch lists received and collected.

Qualifications

Required experience

  • Proven track record in directing the generation, issuance and facilitation of Punch List data reporting on projects with greater than 200,000 asset tag composition.
  • Experience in working multiple department interfaces to achieve common goals.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing planned and unplanned activities
  • Extensive knowledge of Completions methodology is a requirement.
  • Broad experience in data handling and interpretation will be a distinct advantage.Ability to utilize completions data management systems (Go-Complete, CoConsole, OCCMS, WinPCS, Zenator, ICAPS...etc ) at read only end user level data access.
  • Proficient with the English language both verbal and written.
  • Possesses Team player attributes and attitude.
  • Proficient with Completions Data Management System software, spread sheet and word processing software, database applications and desktop publishing, and graphics software.
  • Familiar with facility package recordkeeping and classification terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and team work skills. Ability to maintain high productivity amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Four-year minimal experience as project-based Punch List coordinator level role (Equivalency may be considered for alternate coordinator(s) position)
  • An in-depth knowledge of Construction, Precommissioning and commissioning activities and work front closure activities.
