Must-Haves:

  • Proven professional software development experience using Clojure or a similar Lisp-family language

  • Strong understanding of scalable SaaS application development and modern software architecture

  • Solid SQL and relational database experience, including PostgreSQL

  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs

  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and engineering best practices

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed, cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with ClojureScript

  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, or similar technologies

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
