JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Team Member to join our liquor store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, ensure compliance with state alcohol laws, maintain store cleanliness, and support smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
  • Check identification to ensure legal compliance for alcohol and tobacco sales.
  • Operate the POS system accurately to process sales, refunds, and voids.
  • Maintain product knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer to make recommendations.
  • Receive, stock, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper display.
  • Keep store clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Assist in creating product displays and promotional signage.
  • Monitor for theft or suspicious activity and report concerns to management.
  • Follow all cash-handling, safety, and compliance policies.

REQUIREMENTS
