What You’ll OwnBrookhaven Market is looking for a full-time Liquor Department Manager to keep our liquor department running smoothly, stocked smartly, and shopped happily—right here onsite in Burr Ridge, IL. This role exists to deliver a standout selection while staying buttoned-up on alcohol laws and company standards.
Key responsibilities include managing daily department operations; maintaining inventory levels; ordering and receiving deliveries; building clean, attention-grabbing displays; running seasonal promotions; and tracking sales, margin, and shrink to hit department goals. You’ll also be the go-to for friendly, spot-on product recommendations.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Retail experience (liquor sales preferred); supervisory experience a plus
