As a LATAM Regional Deposits Product Manager in Liquidity & Account Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers clear customer value
  • Define the product success-measurement framework and track key metrics (cost, features/functionality, risk posture, reliability)
  • Lead end-to-end solutioning for on- and off-balance-sheet deposit and investment products, configuring optimal solutions to meet client objectives
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consultative partner to Payment Sales Managers, Bankers, and clients on product mix and deposit rates
  • Own evaluation of deposit opportunities, including pricing approvals and the associated governance framework
  • Drive deposit strategy across changing rate environments, aligning with firmwide balance sheet objectives to maximize NII
  • Educate and train coverage teams on product positioning, pricing philosophy, and interest-rate/macro trends
  • Gather, share, and incorporate competitor and industry feedback to continuously refine JPMorganChase Liquidity's go-to-market approach
  • Provide market insights and maintain industry presence (forums, events, whitepapers) to support client engagement
  • Manage key initiatives for Payments Sales and Banker management to maximize client/portfolio profitability and deepen customer relationships.
  • Partner with client teams, Portfolio Management, and Deposit Product Management to monitor deposit trends and customer behavior, identify risks/opportunities, and feed client insights into the product roadmap
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Experience in treasury services, liquidity/deposit products, and/or investment management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to synthesize information and present conclusions clearly and succinctly
  • Advanced knowledge of the product management life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing stakeholders across internal teams and external clients
  • Comfortable supporting senior management on high-priority strategic initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Spanish or Portuguese speaker, strongly preferred
