The Position:

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Hybrid Remote SBA/USDA role in the greater Atlanta, GA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for This position is responsible for the daily administration of the loan portfolio. (This is a hybrid remote position).
SBA/USDA Portfolio Manager responsibilities include:
  • Maintenance and servicing of the portfolio.
  • Ensuring compliance with SBA, USDA and Bank policies and procedures.
  • 10+ years’ experience of USDA Servicing and liquidation.
  • 10+ years of special assets management.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership for team member.
  • Managing the collections process.
  • Manage the renewal process of maturing loans in the portfolio.
  • Perform annual reviews on all loans in the portfolio.
  • Collect all financial documents and other documentation to ensure compliance with loan covenant and risk ratings.
  • Compile and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual loan management reports as prescribed.

  • Assists manager with the training and mentoring of team member.
  • Ability to assess each borrower’s credit and ability to repay their loans though the annual review process and recommend a risk rating based on credit.
  • Assists borrowers on servicing actions on their loans using applicable bank, SBA and USDA policies and procedures.
