Human Resource Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative (HR Rep) to join our team! As the HR Rep, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department, ensuring a positive Team Member experience, and helping to create a culture of engagement and development. If you're passionate about HR and eager to make a positive impact on our organization, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees in all HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and policies and procedures
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain HR-related databases and ensure the accuracy of employee records
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Ability to build relationships
Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or 3-4 yrs of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, collaborative, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with HR-related software and technology
- Strong business acumen

Local travel is expected for this position.
