Job Role: Linux administration 
Location: Phoenix AZ (Onsite)
Contract 
 
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 8–10 years of
hands-on experience in managing and supporting on-premises services. The
ideal candidate should possess strong Linux administration skills, excellent
troubleshooting capabilities, and a disciplined operational mindset. Experience
with at least one of Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
·Provide technical leadership for on-premises
infrastructure and platform services.
·Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux-based
production environments.
·Ensure high availability, reliability,
and performance of critical services.
·Lead incident management, root cause
analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.
·Implement operational best practices,
automation, and monitoring.
·Collaborate with development,
infrastructure, and support teams to resolve production issues.
·Drive operational excellence through
standard operating procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement.
·Mentor junior engineers and provide
technical guidance to the team.
Required Skills
·8–10 years of overall IT experience.
·Strong expertise in Linux administration and
troubleshooting.
·Hands-on experience with at least one of
the following:
o Confluent Kafka
o Redis
o Elasticsearch
·Strong debugging and root cause analysis
skills across application and infrastructure layers.
·Experience supporting and managing
on-premises production environments.
·Excellent operational discipline with
experience in incident management, change management, and production support.
·Good understanding of system monitoring,
logging, and performance tuning.
·Strong scripting skills (Shell/Python) are
an added advantage.
·Automation and Zero touch mindset for
next level GenAI adoption
Preferred Qualifications
·Experience with automation and configuration
management tools.
·Knowledge of container platforms
(Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
·Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
practices.
·Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills.
