Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end client implementation and multichannel delivery solutions
• Install and configure Kubernetes clusters based on customer requirements
• Containerize applications and migrate them to Diamanti clusters
• Provide customized customer training on: 
o Kubernetes
o Container architectures
o Container runtimes
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Manage implementation timelines, stage goals, and status updates
• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes


Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years of Professional Services or related experience
• 5+ years of Linux experience (Red Hat preferred)
• 2+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience
• Experience with: 
o Helm Charts & Operators
o ArgoCD
o Docker image creation
o Deploying & troubleshooting containerized applications
• Networking fundamentals: 
o Subnetting
o 802.1q VLANs
o Basic network troubleshooting
• Client-facing delivery and stakeholder communication
