MUST HAVE:
1. Expert w/ Linux (windows shop)- references having someone at an advanced level
2. Strong knowledge in AWS/Azure (design and implementation
If they have only one, prioritize AWS.
3. Middleware IIS/Jboss/Webshere- should understand security and how these work.
