• Experience administering and configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or additional experience in lieu of degree
• Experience in Virtualization technology to include VMWare and VSphere
• Experience with containers such as Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker or Tanzu VCF, etc
• Basic networking experience configuring/maintaining Networking Hardware (Switch, Router, Firewall)
• Must have CompTIA Security+ with Continuing Education (CE) or equivalent certification under DoD 8570.01-M Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Ansible automation experience
• Experience with DoD STIG interpretation/remediation
• Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory

• In-depth experience in Operations and Maintenance activities of IT infrastructure Job Description A company in the Boulder, CO areas is looking for a qualified Linux System Administrator with a Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibilityto join their team supporting a DoD program. The System Administrator will work to maintain multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators to maintain an operational system. The System Admin will interact with multiple users, evaluates vendor products and work cross functionally, so strong communication is required. Responsibilities include making recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinating installation providing backup recovery. In addition, this person will develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation relating to the use of computing
resources and set up admin service accounts, maintain system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software, etc. This person will support monthly patching, troubleshooting, interfacing with the customer, floor operations and monitoring and training. Primary duties including installing, troubleshooting, updating/patching, and maintenance of virtualized Linux environments,
lab assets, & IT infrastructure. Candidate will sustain operational Red Hat Linux systems and provide daily support for hardware and
software issues, data recovery, system upgrades, software upgrades, and configuration issues. Familiarity with Cyber Security or Networking are strongly preferred. TS required, but SCI strongly preferred. Must be SCI eligible.
