As a Systems Reliability and Support Specialist Sr. within PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC) you will be based at one of PNC's Information Technology Hubs: Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama, Denver, Colorado, Phoenix, Arizona.

  • Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance to technology standards.
  • Performs maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades with an understanding of the production environment and goal of continuous availability.
