Job description

Notre client, une entreprise manufacturiere est de distribution, situee a Saint-Hyacinthe, est a la recherche d'un administrateur systemes senior pour un poste permanent.

Le titulaire du poste est responsable de l'architecture, de l'exploitation et de l'evolution des infrastructures systemes de l'entreprise. Il assure la disponibilite, la performance, la securite et la resilience des environnements Windows et Linux, des plateformes de virtualisation, du stockage et des solutions de sauvegarde et de reprise.

Dans un contexte de modernisation des infrastructures et de sortie de VMware, il joue un role cle dans la definition de la cible technologique, la planification et l'execution des migrations, ainsi que dans la standardisation et l'automatisation des operations.

Agissant comme reference technique, il soutient l'equipe TI, collabore aux decisions d'architecture et offre un support de niveau expert aux differents sites de l'entreprise au Canada et aux Etats-Unis.

Responsabilites:

Architecture, virtualisation et modernisation

  • Administrer et faire evoluer les environnements de virtualisation (Hyper-V et VMware) : clusters, reseaux virtuels, stockage, gabarits et politiques.
  • Concevoir et piloter la strategie de sortie de VMware : analyse d'impacts, scenarios de migration, criteres de selection, planification et estimations.
  • Planifier et executer les migrations de charges (VM, services, dependances) avec une approche controlee (fenetres, plans de retour arriere, validations).
  • Optimiser la performance et la capacite des plateformes (CPU, memoire, stockage, reseau).

Exploitation des systemes (Windows & Linux)

  • Assurer l'administration avancee des environnements Windows Server et Linux (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, certificats, services critiques).
  • Gerer les changements en production : planification, communication, execution et validation.
  • Diagnostiquer et resoudre des incidents complexes (niveau 3), incluant l'analyse des causes racines (RCA).

Sauvegarde, reprise et resilience

  • Definir, maintenir et faire evoluer les strategies de sauvegarde et de restauration (retention, immutabilite, tests periodiques).
  • Definir et documenter les objectifs de reprise (RTO/RPO) et assurer leur respect.
  • Mettre en place un suivi proactif : monitoring, alertes, revues de capacite et de fiabilite.

Securite et conformite

  • Appliquer et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de securite : durcissement, gestion des acces, MFA, segmentation et correctifs.
  • Contribuer aux evaluations de securite et a la reduction des risques.
  • Assurer la mise a jour controlee des systemes, hyperviseurs et micrologiciels, avec tracabilite.

Automatisation, standardisation et documentation

  • Automatiser les operations recurrentes (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.).
  • Definir et maintenir des standards techniques (nomenclature, images maitres, configurations de reference).
  • Produire une documentation claire, utile et maintenable (procedures, schemas, inventaires).

Collaboration et leadership technique

  • Agir comme reference technique et mentor pour l'equipe TI.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes reseau, applicatives et manufacturieres.
  • Participer a la planification des projets, aux revues techniques et aux decisions d'architecture.

Profil:

  • Excellente maitrise des environnements Windows Server et Linux.
  • Solide comprehension des protocoles reseau (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) et des technologies de stockage (SAN, NAS).
  • Experience confirmee en environnements virtualises critiques.
  • Forte capacite d'analyse, de resolution de problemes complexes et de prise de decision.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, collaboration et vulgarisation.
  • Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et gestion efficace des priorites.
  • Disponibilite occasionnelle en dehors des heures normales (soir / fin de semaine).
  • Experience concrete de sortie de VMware (Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, KVM/Proxmox, Nutanix AHV).
  • Experience cloud ou hybride (Azure, AWS), Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, SSO.
  • Automatisation avancee / Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Git).
  • Conteneurisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Certifications pertinentes (Microsoft, VMware, Linux, securite).
  • Notions de programmation C/AL (Business Central)
  • Disponibilite occasionnelle pour interventions planifiees ou urgences (soir / fin de semaine).
  • Deplacements occasionnels sur sites (selon projets et besoins operationnels).
  • Role strategique et technique - forte autonomie et influence sur les decisions d'architecture.
  • Minimum de 3 jours par semaine en presentiel aux bureaux de Saint-Hyacinthe.
