Job Summary:
SG Cap Trading, LLC is a boutique technology company that focuses on using technology and big data to solve financial challenges. They are seeking a Linux Systems Engineer to join their infrastructure team, where the role involves developing automation scripts, building monitoring solutions, and implementing infrastructure-as-code.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for infrastructure management.
โ€ข Build monitoring solutions using open-source tools.
โ€ข Implement infrastructure-as-code with Ansible.
โ€ข Troubleshoot Linux system issues and assist with hardware maintenance.
โ€ข Set up desktops, laptops, and virtual machines (Linux, Windows, Mac).
โ€ข Support SQL database management, including queries and table creation.
โ€ข Design and document scalable infrastructure solutions.
