Job description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Administrator to manage and support all electronic client systems, including Care Logic, Metha Soft, and Point Click Care. This role ensures systems operate smoothly, securely, and in compliance with HIPAA and HITECH standards. HIRING HOURLY:$24.25 - $25.73 Continuation of employment in this position is contingent upon availability of funding from service, program, and agency earnings

OPEN UNTIL FILLED - APPLICATION REVIEW BEGINS IMMEDIATELY Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Administer all client-facing systems, including user account creation, access management, and maintenance Monitor system activity to ensure ongoing HIPAA/HITECH compliance and data security Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with internal staff and external software vendors Serve as the primary liaison to the Charleston County IT department for hardware, software, and inventory management Develop and maintain system reports, conduct user training, and support long-term technology planning Minimum Qualifications Associate Degree and at least 3 years or more of experience in a Technology-related role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Certification in software management or system administration preferred Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams
