Job description

**This is an onsite position** You must be a Georgia Resident**

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to)
Manage a staff of up to 5 IT professionals. Includes performance management and employee
development.
Support infrastructure of an online, real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365
Coordinate with vendors to support the WAN for voice and data systems
Support all facets of Active Directory
Support email, Storage Area Network (SAN), web servers, etc.
Support .Net and MS SQL solutions
Work with vendors to facilitate problem resolution
Lead projects to improve infrastructure uptime or performance

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of people management
4+ years in-depth knowledge of Windows servers
3+ years in-depth knowledge of SQL databases
Experience with Linux a plus
Experience with Citrix or RDS
Experience configuring LAN, WAN, and VoIP systems
Strong documentation skills
Familiarity with backup and restore processes
Familiarity with build automation, patch management, automated deployments, and packaging
Experience with integration-type projects, such as domain migration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light to medium lifting.
