Position: Linux Admin with support work and license management

Location: Cupertino, CA (Fully Onsite)

Terms: Long-Term-Contract

Job Summary:

The Linux Cloud Admin provides first‑line technical support for Linux systems an enterprise environment. The role focuses on user onboarding, access provisioning, installation, licensing, environment configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure approved Linux versions per enterprise standards
  • Validate workstation readiness (OS, graphics, memory, VPN)
  • Log, track, and update incidents using Jira

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge with the Operating systems Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
  • Experience with Networking and Software configuration Management.
  • Awareness of Linux licensing concepts (node‑locked, floating)
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support
