In this role, you will use commercial sewing machinery and manual techniques to assemble, finish, and inspect high-quality garments and textile products. The ideal candidate has strong garment construction experience, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help us meet production deadlines safely and efficiently. This position is based in the warehouse/plant setting. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble and finish garments with precision and care.Cut fabric pieces accurately according to pattern specifications, ensuring minimal waste.Perform garment construction tasks, including stitching, hemming, and finishing details.Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design standardsCollaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and quality protocols.Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages or issues.Requirements:Proven experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong understanding of sewing machine operation.Skilled in various sewing techniques including hand stitching, machine stitching, and finishing details.Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel production.Ability to interpret patterns, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.Previous warehouse or production floor experience is preferred for efficiency in fast-paced environments.Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work steadily over extended periods.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Benefits:Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans401(k) retirement savings planPaid time offLife insurance and short-term disability optionsTraining and development
