Job description

All employees are lineworkers. As a lineworker you will be assigned to one of four areas based

on the needs of the business: Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading

Dock Duty. The position we are hiring for is assigned to Production Duty.


The Production Lineworker position will help process donated merchandise in the production

room to be sold on the retail sales floor. This position will be trained to perform various jobs

assigned to the production department. Some of the duties will include cleaning the sales floor,

sorting merchandise, hanging merchandise, and stocking merchandise to replenish the sales floor.

This position will also perform other miscellaneous duties as needed by their manager during their

scheduled shift.


Our business model requires employees to be cross-trained in different areas of work so the daily

labor demands can be met. The multi-tasking aspect of the lineworker position is necessary and

will require employees to shift their job duties on any given day to meet the daily business

demands.


All employees MUST be flexible and ready to work wherever needed by the manager and/or

supervisor. All employees are expected to perform at or above the company’s minimum

performance standards for each job they are trained to do.


This is a full-time position (40+ hours weekly) in a retail thrift store plus benefits after 90 days.

The typical production schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM with Saturday and Sunday off.

Some overtime may be required based on the needs of the business during the week and/or on Saturday.


Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, and stand on your feet all day.

Employees must have dependable transportation each day because we count on our employees to

work their scheduled shift.


Must have two valid forms of ID. Acceptable forms of identification are: State issue ID, USA

Passport, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate and Permanent Resident Card.
