About Us

We are an automation and electrical integrator providing services to the oil and gas, industrial, and related industries. Our expertise covers virtually all facets of electrical contracting for the upstream oil and gas industries, including specialty expertise in new well sites and production facility electrification.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and safety driven Journeyman Lineman to join our team for ongoing oilfield power distribution, construction, and maintenance projects throughout New Mexico. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining overhead and underground electrical systems that support critical field operations. Candidates must be dependable, highly motivated, and capable of working in demanding outdoor environments while maintaining the highest safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for linemen looking for steady project-based work, competitive pay, and long-term growth with a solid team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead and underground powerlines
  • Set poles, run wire, and perform line work in oilfield environments
  • Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and related equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical distribution systems
Qualifications
  • Valid Journeyman Lineman License (Required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of line construction or electrical utility experience preferred
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and emergency call-outs when needed
  • Experience in oilfield or industrial powerline work preferred

  • Work in remote oilfield locations under varying weather and terrain condition
  • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency outage repairs as needed.
