Job description

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician position for a manufacturing client in Frankfort, IN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on equipment
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and linear motion systems
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met at all times
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions
• Train newly hired employees on technical aspects of the role as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation (USD):

$25.00/hr+
Depending on experience

Schedule:

3rd Shift
Monday – Friday
10:45 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills required
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and linear motion systems
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong measurement and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Willingness to train and support new employees
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
