We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design and develop algorithms, simulations, and visualization tools for autonomous robotics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cutting-edge technologies for prototype systems.
You will engage in the full software process-from concept to design and demonstration-leading dynamic project teams and integrating innovative ideas from various fields. We value flexibility in team roles, allowing you to contribute your strengths and develop new skills. Experience in writing maintainable and extensible code is essential.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of industry experience in advanced software development in a team environment
  • Programming experience in C++ and/or Java programming languages
  • Experience using one or more development tools
  • Experience writing algorithmic code, including complexity analysis, performance optimization, and multithreading
  • Ability to communicate design concepts and performance metrics clearly
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED; Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, applied math, or related field
  • Experience using Robotic Operating System (ROS) or its equivalent
  • Active Security Clearance
