Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. This position involves installing vehicle accessories and applying spray-on protective coatings, including undercoating and bed liners. Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.


Responsibilities:

Apply LINE-X spray-on bed liners and protective coatings

Perform vehicle undercoating and rust prevention applications

Install vehicle accessories (steps, toolboxes, bed covers, etc.)

Prepare vehicles and surfaces for coating and installation

Operate spray equipment and shop tools safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Inspect completed work to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction

Follow all safety procedures and company standards



Qualifications/ Skills:

Experience installing vehicle accessories and/or spraying undercoating/bed liners preferred

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to follow instructions and learn new techniques

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driverโ€™s license required


Mechanic experience or trade school is highly desirable


Physical requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a shop environment
