Job description

Volt is immediately hiring for Line Operators in Chili, WI
As a Line Operators you will:
  • Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station
  • Maintain equipment in full operational status by making adjustments to equipment
  • Ensure operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attention
  • Maintain quality by observing operations and adjusting with speed controls and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations
  • Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working in a cold environment
  • Forklift experience is a PLUS!
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

Schedule: 2nd shift 2:00pm -10:00pm
3rd shift: 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM
Location: Chili, WI
Pay Rate Range : $20 - $21.50 per hour
