Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose. Through our food, our service, and our spirit, we create experiences that inspire-rooted in sustainability, craft, and genuine hospitality.


We're excited to be opening our newest location in Kirkland, Washington, in 2026 and are beginning to build the talented kitchen team that will bring the Bamboo Sushi experience to the Kirkland community.

What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you'll be immersed in a kitchen where Japanese-inspired techniques meet global flavors. You'll work alongside a collaborative team, sharpen your knife skills, learn the art of sushi, and help create beautifully crafted dishes that reflect our values and standards.

This is an opportunity to:
